We ship from China to the countries and regions available at checkout. Orders are shipped duties paid (DDP), with customs clearance, duties and taxes included.
Shipping rates
- Orders below US$149.00: US$100.00 standard international shipping per order.
- Orders of US$149.00 or more: free standard international shipping.
The shipping threshold is based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts. At US$14.99 per item, 10 items total US$149.90 and qualify for free shipping.
Destinations
Available destinations are determined by the shipping address entered at checkout. If a destination cannot be selected or no rate appears, please contact us before placing the order.
Processing and delivery
Delivery times vary by destination, carrier service, customs clearance and local conditions. We do not publish a fixed delivery-time promise. If tracking is available, it will be included in the shipping confirmation after the order ships.
Customs, duties and taxes
Customs clearance, import duties and taxes are included under our DDP shipping service. If a carrier or customs office requests an additional import payment, contact us before paying so we can help resolve it.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has started.
Delivery issues
If an order arrives with a confirmed wrong item, transit damage or product-quality issue, follow our Refund & Replacement Policy and contact us on the day of delivery.
