These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the My Lingerie Factory online store and related services operated by Wuxi Ronaldo Clothing Co., Ltd. By browsing the store or placing a retail order, you agree to these Terms.

You may use this store for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes. You must not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems or data without authorization.

We aim to present product names, images, descriptions, prices and availability accurately. Product details, availability and specifications may change. Please review the product images, available options and product information before ordering.

3. Orders and payment
Prices and available payment methods are shown during checkout. When you submit an order, we will send an order confirmation if the order is accepted. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order because of an availability, pricing or technical issue, we will contact you and explain the available resolution.

4. Shipping, taxes and duties
Standard international shipping is US$23.99 per order. Free worldwide shipping is available on orders over US$195.00. Available destinations and shipping options are determined by the address entered at checkout. Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states that they are included.

5. Returns, replacements and refunds
We generally do not accept ordinary returns. If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item or an item with a confirmed quality issue, contact [email protected] on the day of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, a video and clear photos. Do not send an item back until we provide return or replacement instructions. Any approved replacement or refund is handled according to the confirmed resolution for the order.

6. Information you provide

7. Intellectual property
